Set in the Red Rocks Canyon, against the beautiful backdrop of the conservation area that showcases large red rock formations, Jeremy and Janay’s engagement session was a style statement that proved what a power couple they are. As one of our last engagement sessions of the Summer, this was a spectacularly hot end to the season!

Everything about this pre-wedding photo session was amazing, starting from the gorgeous dress Janay wore to Jeremy’s tuxedo, their sultry looks, and fashion-show-worthy poses.

When They First Connected

The chemistry between a couple speaks louder than words when their connection is forged in happiness, laughter, and fun. The story of Janay and Jeremy is one that ticks all the boxes. Like any ordinary single guy scrolling the ‘gram’, Jeremy slid into Janay’s Instagram DMs and their epic tale of love began.

They both knew that they were committed to each other all the way after an intimate conversation that revealed simple yet personal details that brought them close. That conversation created a safe space to be vulnerable early on and that’s how they became each other’s strength, which is reflected in their engagement session.

Janay and Jeremy chose the Red Rocks because they wanted to be photographed somewhere fierce that showed how strong and eternal their love is. Even in heels, stepping over rock formations, Janay looked like an ethereal beauty… a black swan that had swooped down on Jeremy to capture him in a lover’s embrace.

Throughout the session, Jeremy had this intense look on his face, which went well with his tuxedo and the ‘Black’ James Bond vibe he had going on. There was a moment when they both cracked a smile and it showed how much they were enjoying this bonding time.

A Bond Forged in Fire

Known as the Valley of Fire, Red Rocks Canyon is a popular spot many people choose for their engagement or pre-wedding photography. Part of the Mojave Desert, Red Rocks Canyon offers couples the unique opportunity to not only take in the unusual flora and fauna that surrounds them but also use the aesthetics to their best for statement pictures.

There’s a reason why Jeremy and Janay’s session had this fiery look and feel to it. They wanted to do something different to celebrate their love, even if that meant hiking in a dress worth thousands of dollars! Talk about determination? LOL!

Just like the Red Rocks Canyon changed from a sparkling ocean basin to a mesmerizing dry desert, I pray God that Janay and Jeremy’s love becomes stronger with each passing moment.
