COVID has erupted not only CONUS but nationwide wreaking havoc in the wedding community causing brides to shift from their dream wedding to a micro wedding or a live stream wedding. Executing a wedding in the midst of a global pandemic is hard. It takes a little more now with social distancing, masks, and cutting down on the crowd number. It’s not impossible to do. Alexia and Brandon are prime examples of what you can do given everything going on. Do not let COVID stop you from marrying your happily ever after. Look into micro weddings. They are just as amazing as a big extravagant wedding.

Let me introduce you to the beautiful Alexia and Brandon. They chose to pivot to a micro wedding. While they did a non-traditional wedding they were still able to keep those special moments and details they so wanted. Their first look was at Mount Vernon Square, which happens to be nearby their ceremony location, Revival Hotel in Baltimore, MD. It’s a small boutique hotel that is so cute, I love the vibe.

Mrs. Alexia was nothing short of amazing and such a pleasure to work with. She chose a mermaid style wedding dress. It was drop-dead gorgeous, from head to toe, showing off her curves in a sexy yet classy way. Her headpiece with her floor-length veil to match her earrings and natural makeup was an entire package. It was effortlessly beautiful.

Now, can we take a second to give it up to Brandon for the fellas? He showed up and showed out. He and his newfound father in law are part of the beard gang and let’s just say it’s a vibe. The tux he wore was white with accents of black giving it non-traditional flare for the men.

They were able to tie the knot in front of some of their most important people while enjoying their big day. Nonetheless, they pulled off something seamless, beautiful, and classy. Their reception took place in a beautiful space of the hotel while keeping social distancing in mind. The details pulled everything together and was everything they wanted and more. There were even African drums being played at their reception. So, as you can see, micro weddings are where you should be looking when planning your wedding day.
